About Us

This is the story of our journey into the business world while we raise money to fund our higher education.  We have worked hard with our entire family to dream up new product ideas, worked to make it easy to build, decided on the packaging and assembled the necessary materials to create our new products.

	Our company Kids Electronic Kits has dedicated themselves to creating fun educational craft products that include electronic components.
	Our company history Kids Electronic Kits was started in 2004 when Nathan (age 10) along with his sister Andrea (Age 9) wanted to learn more about starting a business just like the entrepreneur club at their school.  Once it was determined the company would develop electronic craft products because of Nathan's love of science and Andrea's love of arts and crafts our product development started.  Our first project was a book called "Circuitville, The Lighthouse Adventure" which would would include a fun educational story, circuit board and  parts to build a working New England lighthouse.  With LOTS of hard work, the book and kit were finally completed almost 2 years later.  During this time, two simple to assemble kits, a blinking red nose reindeer and a blinking tree top Christmas tree were created to be sold at holiday craft fairs.  Over the summer of 2006, the existing kits were improved and two new kits were introduced, the spooky red-eyed spider and the US blinking flag.  In November of 2006, all 6 products reindeer, tree, spider, flag, book and lighthouse kit were sold at a Holiday craft fair.
	Our Mission Statement Our mission is to start our own business, learn how a business operates, develop quality products and earn money for college. 100% of our profits will go to our college fund.
